Ingredients:
- 1½ cups self-rising corn meal.
- 1-cup cream corn
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1 cup milk
- 1 ½ cup grated cheese
- 2 tbsp. green peppers
(chopped)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- Mix all ingredients except cheese.
- Pour half of batter in hot grease iron skillet.
- Spread half of cheese on batter.
- Then pour rest of batter.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes or until done.
