Inspirational stories, family stories, Poems, and more
🌿 A Home for Stories That Lift the Heart
Inspirational stories, family memories, and poems have a way of slowing us down long enough to notice God’s goodness in the everyday. They remind us that even the smallest moments—shared laughter around the table, a child’s question, a quiet walk at dusk—can become places where grace settles in and teaches us something new. These pieces are gathered to encourage, to steady, and to spark wonder in the hearts of all who read them.
🕊️ Why These Stories Matter
Each story and poem carries a thread of truth: that God is present in the ordinary, shaping our days with purpose.
Inspirational stories point to His faithfulness in seasons of joy and seasons of stretching.
Family stories preserve the beauty of connection, legacy, and the lessons passed from one generation to the next.
Poems offer a quiet doorway into reflection, helping readers pause and breathe in the goodness of the Lord. Together, they form a tapestry of encouragement for families, learners, and anyone longing for a gentle word of hope.
✨ A Scripture to Anchor the Heart
“Let the redeemed of the Lord tell their story.” — Psalm 107:2
This verse captures the heartbeat of this collection: God invites His people to remember, to speak, and to share the works He has done. Every story becomes a testimony. Every poem becomes a praise. Every memory becomes a reminder that He is near.
Stories
Inspiring Family Stories That Uplift Your Spirit: On this page, you will find links to family stories, inspirational stories, and thought-provoking reflections. I hope these stories will encourage you in your walk with God. Many of the inspirational stories are from my childhood where prayers were answered. Some are the stories of people I have known or heard about. Some of these stories were written or told to me by my mother. Happy reading.
Heartfelt Tales of My Beloved Pets: Many different animals have come into my life. Some of the animals were horse, some were dogs, and some were cats. Some stayed for a long time. Others I only knew for a short time. Over the coming months, I will be writing their stories.
Poetry
Poetry: From time to time, I feel compelled to write a poem. My daughter has recently developed a passion for Christian poetry and other stories. She to have a natural talent for writing. On this page, I will be posting links to her poems and other stories as well as mine.
My daughter has written so much that she now has a page, Poems by Bell, of her own. Bell is a young poet who expresses her love for God through her inspiring poems and stories. The collection includes themes of nature, love, and faith, such as “The Snowflake,” “God’s River of Peace and Love,” and “Jesus Made Horses.” The works aim to bring joy and blessings to readers.
