INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (16 ounce) package Medium Egg Noodles
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (10% ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup Light Sour Cream
- 2 (5 ounces) can Chunk Light Tuna in Water, drained
- ½ cup Frozen Peas
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1½ cups crushed Corn Flakes
- 1 tablespoon Butter, melted
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare noodles according to package directions, drain.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, and milk, salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in tuna, peas, onion, and cooked noodles
- Transfer to a 2-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with Cooking Spray.
- Toss corn flakes with butter and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
