✨ Introduction to Passover
Passover is a time of remembrance and rejoicing—a celebration of freedom, faithfulness, and fresh beginnings. It marks the Exodus from Egypt, when God delivered the Israelites from slavery and called them to be His people. As Scripture says, “With a mighty hand and an outstretched arm,” He brought them out (Exodus 13:14), transforming a nation of captives into a people set apart.
This feast is also known as Chag HaAviv, the Festival of Spring. It’s a time when the earth itself joins the celebration, bursting forth with new life and vibrant harvest. The menus below reflect this joyful season, highlighting fresh produce, wholesome ingredients, and the beauty of simple, nourishing food shared in faith.
Whether you’re preparing a full Seder or simply honoring the season with your family, may each dish remind you of God’s provision—past, present, and future.
