What You Need:
- 3/4 cup (1½ sticks) butter, well softened
- 2 cups packed Light Brown Sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup white baking chips
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup salted roasted cashews
Cooking directions:
- Heat oven to 325°F.
- Spray 13×9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until blended.
- Add eggs and vanilla; beat until creamy.
- Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until just blended.
- Stir in chips and coconut.
- Spread in pan.
- Sprinkle with cashews; press until level with top of dough.
- Bake about 40 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly. Serve warm or cool.
