GOLDEN ORANGE SQUASH BAKE
Ingredients:
- 2 packages (12 ounces each) frozen squash
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Directions:
- Place squash and margarine in a microwave safe 2 quart casserole dish or bowl.
- Cover loose with parchment paper and microwave on high (100%) until thawed, 11 to 12 minutes.
- Top with orange segments and drizzle with syrup.
- Microwave uncovered until hot, 4-5 minutes.
