Isaías 46:9-10
Acuérdate de las cosas pasadas desde el principio; porque yo soy Dios, y no hay otro; yo soy Dios, y no hay nadie como yo, que anuncio el fin desde el principio, y desde la antigüedad lo que aún no se ha hecho, diciendo: «Mi consejo permanecerá, y haré todo lo que quiero».
Isaías 48:3-5
Desde el principio anuncié las cosas pasadas; salieron de mi boca y las manifesté; las hice de repente, y se cumplieron. Porque sabía que eres obstinado, y que tu cerviz es un tendón de hierro, y tu frente de bronce; te lo anuncié desde el principio; antes de que sucediera, te lo manifesté, para que no dijeras: «Mi ídolo las hizo, y mi imagen tallada y mi imagen de fundición las mandaron».
Dios tiene un plan.
Antes de la fundación del mundo, el consejo determinado de Dios tenía un plan para la redención de la humanidad: la reconciliación del hombre con Dios. Dios quería un pueblo para sí mismo.

Dios demuestra su plan a través de la nación de Israel – Génesis capítulos 11-25 – el llamado y el nacimiento de la nación escogida de Dios – Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, 12 hijos/tribus
Dios cumple el plan
- La promesa del Redentor – Génesis 3:15
- Pero ahora Jesús – Romanos 3:21-26
- Nacimiento, ministerio, muerte, sepultura, resurrección – Evangelios
- Juan 19:30 Cuando Jesús hubo tomado el vinagre, dijo: «Consumado es». E inclinando la cabeza, expiró.
- Juan 14:2-3 En la casa de mi Padre muchas moradas hay; si así no fuera, os lo habría dicho. Voy a prepararles un lugar. Y si me voy y les preparo un lugar, vendré otra vez y los tomaré conmigo, para que donde yo estoy, ustedes también estén.
Dios completa el plan
- Apocalipsis 21:3-7 Y oí una gran voz del cielo que decía: «He aquí, el tabernáculo de Dios está con los hombres, y él morará con ellos; y ellos serán su pueblo, y Dios mismo estará con ellos como su Dios. Enjugará Dios toda lágrima de sus ojos; y ya no habrá muerte, ni habrá más llanto, ni clamor, ni dolor; porque las primeras cosas pasaron.» Y el que estaba sentado en el trono dijo: «He aquí, yo hago nuevas todas las cosas». Y me dijo: «Escribe; porque estas palabras son fieles y verdaderas». Y me dijo: «Hecho está. Yo soy el Alfa y la Omega, el principio y el fin. Al que tenga sed, yo le daré gratuitamente de la fuente del agua de la vida. El que venza heredará todas las cosas; Yo seré su Dios, y él será mi hijo.

Conocidas son a Dios todas sus obras desde el principio del mundo.
Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
I have declared the former things from the beginning; and they went forth out of my mouth, and I shewed them; I did them suddenly, and they came to pass. Because I knew that thou art obstinate, and thy neck is an iron sinew, and thy brow brass; I have even from the beginning declared it to thee; before it came to pass I shewed it thee: lest thou shouldest say, Mine idol hath done them, and my graven image, and my molten image, hath commanded them.
- God Has a plan
- Before the foundation of the world, God’s determinate counsel had a plan for the redemption of mankind – a reconciling of man to God. God wanted a people for Himself. Acts 2:23-24; Eph 1; Rev 13:8; Ex 19:4-6
