What you need:
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 overripe banana, peeled
- 4 ice cubes
What you need to do :
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and put the top on tightly.
- Turn the blender to medium and blend until smooth.
- Pour the shake into the glasses and scrape out the rest with
a spoon. Serve right away.
