🐚 Hermit Crabs in God’s Perfect Beginning

A Kids’ Teaching Page

🌍 God Made Everything Good

When God created the world, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Nothing was broken, nothing was dangerous, and every creature had exactly what it needed.

Hermit crabs were part of God’s “creatures that swarm in the waters.” God made them with a soft, bendy tummy that needs protection. That’s how hermit crabs are designed.

🦀 How God Designed Hermit Crabs

Hermit crabs have:

  • A soft curved belly
  • Little hooks on the end of their tail to hold onto something
  • A body shape that fits perfectly inside a spiral shell

This shows us something important:

⭐ Hermit crabs were created to live in shells from the very beginning.

🐌 Where Did the Shells Come From?

In a perfect world:

  • Snails grew and left behind empty shells
  • No animals fought over shells
  • No shells were broken
  • There were plenty of shells for every hermit crab

Hermit crabs didn’t have to search hard or struggle. God provided everything in abundance.

🌿 Did They Use Wood or Coconuts?

Probably not.
Today hermit crabs sometimes use wood, seed pods, or even trash because shells can be hard to find.

But in the beginning:

  • There was no competition
  • There was no danger
  • There was no shortage of shells

So hermit crabs would have simply used the perfect shells God provided.

💡 What This Teaches Us

  • God cares for even the smallest creatures
  • God gives each animal what it needs
  • Creation was full of peace and plenty
  • Hermit crabs show God’s creativity and design

🐚 Memory Sentence

God made hermit crabs to live in shells, and in the beginning they always had the perfect one.
