Quick and Easy Fried Mushrooms Recipe
Fried Mushrooms can be a great addition to many meals. They are quick and easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms fresh or canned.
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon minced parsley
- 1/4 cup onions (optional)
Directions:
- Clean and slice mushrooms (if using fresh).
- Heat butter or margarine in a skillet.
- Add mushrooms and onions (if using) to skillet.
- Cook slowly, occasionally moving and turning gently with a spoon, until mushrooms are tender and lightly browned.
- Sprinkle with minced parsley.
- Put mushrooms in a warm dish and serve immediately.
