Basic Supplies
- laptop/chromebook/desktop computer + internet connection
- pencil, paper, printer, printer ink, crayons or colored pencils, water color paint with various sized paint brushes
- binder or folders to keep worksheets in
- notebook(s) or printed lined paper
- stapler, tape, glue stick, scissors
- ruler
- It would be nice to have construction paper (or other colored paper) and brass fasteners (used sometimes in lapbooks).
- Art paper
- There are many lapbooks used throughout the curriculum, some courses and grade levels more than others. You can attach the lapbook pieces just to regular paper and have them in your child’s binder; you can use the traditional file folder. There are no rules about how you use the lapbook pieces.
Other supplies maybe needed. It is always a good idea to look at the lesson plans a week ahead of time.
Here are the grade level materials need for each subject.
Kindergarten
- Social Studies
- You will need a printable book produced by Hubbard’s Cupboard. The book is called 100 Days of American History.
- Language
- You will need this workbook, Under the Home Poetry Coloring Pages for Kindergarten.
- You will need either this workbook, Under the Home McGuffey’s Eclectic Primer Trace work, or this workbook, Under the Home McGuffey’s Eclectic Primer Copy Work. I would start the year with the trace work and end with the copy work.
