Cheesy Velvetta Rice and Broccoli


Prep Time: 5 min./ Total Tune: 25 min.
Makes: Makes 8 servings, 1/2 cup each.

What You Need:

  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
  • 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
  • 1/2 lb. (8 oz) 2% Milk VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Directions:

  1. Bring broccoli and broth to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. ADD rice, stir. Cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min
  3. STIR in VELVEETA; let stand, covered, 5 min.
  4. Stir until VELVEETA is melted.
