Ingredients:
- fish fillets of your choice
- lemon pepper seasoning
- Fish sauce Supreme (Tarter sauce) Optional
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Put fish onto pan.
- Sprinkle both sides of the fish with the lemon pepper seasoning.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until it flakes easy with a fork.

Thanks for all the recipes! They’ve given me some good ideas for meal times. I’ve bought some tilapias to try this recipe out for family dinner. I think I’ll pair it with a pico de gallo 🙂
