Baked Lemon Pepper Fish


The picture shows cooked fish on a baking pan.
Ingredients:
  • fish fillets of your choice
  • lemon pepper seasoning
  • Fish sauce Supreme (Tarter sauce) Optional 
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Put fish onto pan.
  3. Sprinkle both sides of the fish with the lemon pepper seasoning.
  4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until it flakes easy with a fork.

  1. Thanks for all the recipes! They’ve given me some good ideas for meal times. I’ve bought some tilapias to try this recipe out for family dinner. I think I’ll pair it with a pico de gallo 🙂
