Spicy Salsa Mac & Beef
Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 25 minutes Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10% oz) Campbell’s beef broth
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 2 cups uncooked medium shell or elbow macaroni
- 1 can (10 oz) Campbell’s cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup pace chunky salsa
Directions:
- In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.
- In a large pot, bring broth and water to a boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 8-10 minutes or until macaroni is done, stirring often.
- Stir in soup and salsa and heat through.
- Add meat and stir.
