Easy Beef Teriyaki

- Cook time: 20 minutes
- Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, ¼ inch thick
- 1 tbsp packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 can (10 oz) Campbell’s golden mushroom soup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 bag (about 16oz) frozen oriental stir-fry vegetables
- 4 cups hot cooked rice
Directions:
- Slice beef into very thin strips.
- In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add beef and fry until beef is browned and juices evaporate.
- Add soup, soy sauce, and sugar and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Add vegetables. Cover and cook 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over rice.
