Easy Classic Whipped Cream Recipe

CLASSIC WHIPPED CREAM is great on top of most pies. Whipped cream taste great on fruits. Use it to mix together fresh cut up fruit for a fast summertime treat.

Amount: 24 (2 tablespoon) servings


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (16 ounce) container Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


DIRECTIONS:

  1. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Using an electric mixer on high speed, beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Tips:

Use a metal bowl. Place both the bowl and the mixer beaters in the freezer for about 20 minutes before use. This will help the whip cream to make faster.
