Preserved Children requires:

• 1/2 Dozen children
• Pinch of brook
• 1 Large field
• Few pebbles
• 2 or 3 small dogs
• Lots of flowers

Directions:

1. Mix the children and dogs together.
2. Put them in the field.
3. Stirring constantly, Pour over the pebbles, sprinkle the field with flowers, spread over a blue sky, and bake in the sun.
4. When brown, set aside to cool in the bathtub.
