Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 6 tablespoons HERSHEY’S Cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2/3 cups (10-oz. pkg.) REESE’S Peanut Butter Chips
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
- Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
- Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
- Gradually add flour mixture, beating well.
- Stir in peanut butter chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 9 minutes. (Do not over bake; cookies will be soft.) Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
