Understanding Who Jesus Is

Understanding who Jesus is lies at the very heart of the Christian faith. Every page of Scripture points toward Him—His identity, His mission, His nature, and His unending love for humanity. When we explore Jesus, we are not simply studying a historical figure or a set of doctrines; we are encountering the Living Word, God revealed in flesh, the One who shows us the Father and invites us into covenant relationship.

This section gathers together the great themes that help us see Jesus clearly: His divine identity, His role in God’s unfolding story, the mystery of His priesthood, the meaning of His covenants, and the truth of His teachings. It also addresses the misconceptions that cloud people’s understanding and highlights the trust, faith, and discipleship He calls us to embrace.

As we walk through these teachings—God’s names, the unity of Father, Word, and Spirit, the foreshadowing of Melchizedek, the power of the Living Word, and the lives of the apostles—we discover a portrait of Jesus that is both majestic and deeply personal. He is the One who speaks, saves, reveals, and transforms. He is the One we can trust with our whole lives.

May this journey draw hearts closer to the One who is Truth, Light, and Life, and may every insight lead to deeper worship of Jesus—our Savior, our God, and our hope.
