What you need:

  • 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Handful dried fruits

Directions:

  1. Pour  oats into a jar or container with a tight lid.
  2. Add plain yogurt, milk, honey, cinnamon, and a handful of dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, or chopped apricots).
  3. Twist on the lid tightly. Shake until combined.
  4. Refrigerate the oatmeal for at least 8 hours or overnight.
