Sweet Potato Grilled Cheese Sandwich

What you need:

  • Half of one baked sweet potato
  • Butter
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Provolone cheese


What to do:

  1. Cut half of a peeled, baked sweet potato into slices.
  2. Butter one side of two pieces of bread.
  3. Between the two unbuttered sides, place cheddar cheese, sweet potato slices, and provolone cheese.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium- low heat.
  5. Cook the sandwich for 5-6 minutes on one side.
  6. Flip it and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat.
