🍍 Pineapple Punch

A warm, spiced holiday punch with apple cider, honey, and pineapple — perfect for gatherings or chilly evenings.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups apple cider
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons grated lemon rind
  • 1 (20‑oz) can unsweetened pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine apple cider and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil.
  2. Lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in nutmeg, honey, lemon juice, lemon rind, and pineapple juice.
  4. Cook over low heat, uncovered, for 5 more minutes.
  5. Serve hot or cold in punch cups to wish your friends a happy holiday.

Yield

Fills 20 punch cups.
