Makes 4 half -pint jars
Ingredients:
- 3 cups sugar
- 1½ cups apple juice
- 1/2 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 pouch (3 ounces) liquid fruit pectin
Directions:
- Combine sugar and apple and lemon juices in a large saucepan; bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add pectin; bring back to a full rolling boil and boil 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
- Skim off foam.
- Pour into hot, sterilized half-pint jars, filling to 3/4 inch of top.
- Wipe tops of jars clean; seal.
- Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
