Mexican Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
- 8 hard boiled eggs
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbs sliced green onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbs sour cream
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup salsa
Directions:
- Slice eggs in half, lengthways.
- Remove yolks and set whites aside.
- In a small bowl mash yolks with cheese, mayonnaise, salsa, onion, sour cream, and salt.
- Evenly fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
- Serve
