Guardian Angels and the Stormy Journey

After going to our grandma’s house, a hard rain came up from sky. It let up all, but the wind blew so hard, me my brother ran.

But then we stopped in our tracks for in front of us we saw a bridge so rocky, we thought the bridge was going to fall right into the water.

My little brother asks, “is there any other way?” No, I Said Frighten. We had to cross the bridge. We stated across then we jumped back as part of the bridge fell in.

We were both frightened, but then we both heard someone say, “don’t be scared”. Then the bridge stopped rocking. We ran home.

We thanked God for we knew he had sent an Angel to make the bridge stop. God above had sent an Angel from above. God heard our cries and answered our prayer.

We were late but Ma does not care. We told our Ma, and she said, “it sounds like God and your Guardian
Angels were looking after you. We thanked God for he was looking after us.

Bright and early the next morning, we took the long way to grandma’s house. We told her what happened. She said that when we left a few minutes later she felt like she had to pray, maybe God was trying to tell her that something was wrong. Grandma we just want to say we love you. So that’s the end of the story.

My Guardian Angel

We all have a Guardian Angel. When we are bad and when we are good.

Who sent us an angel? It is God above heaven and Earth who did.

God knew us when we were a babe and when we were not even born.

But when we are born it is a very happy day in heaven and on earth.

God will send a Guardian Angel for us.

When we are sad and feeling blue, our guardian Angel comforts us.

They Protect us when we can’t help our self.

They do more than that, our Guardian Angel Prays for us. Our Guardian Angel prays that we do right.

Even if you don’t see them, you have one beside all of your days. They protect us and comfort us.

Our Guardian Angel Loves us, but not as much God does.

Scriptures to consider:

  • Psalm 91:11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
  • Hebrews 1:14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
  • Matthew 18:10 Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.

Finding Comfort in the Good Shepherd’s Care

There is a Good Shepherd, the most tenderhearted shepherd there is. He cares for the smallest lamb in his fold. They called him the Good Shepherd.

When a sheep is in need, the Good Shepherd comes to the recuse just in time. He knows his sheep, ram or lamb by name, by wool colored, and by the cries of his little ones.

The Good Shepherd leads his Flock the right way and the right life. When a lamb is lost the Good Shepherd leaves the other and goes out to find the lamb, and when he does, he is happy.

The Good Shepherd is mighty, but he is kind to all smallest and weakest of his flock.

When the rain, lightning and thunder Scare the flock the Good Shepherd comes and comforts his flock. With his hands, he comforts the lambs of his flock. He says comforting words, like it is all right, and it can’t get you, my lambs.

The Good Shepherd leads his flock in God’s word and way.

God Shows the Way

Oh God, you show us the way when it is dark, and we don’t know the way. You shine your Light to show us the way. Oh my God you see all you know all. We need you to show us your ways. We are like sheep; we need a shepherd to show us the way to go.

As it says in our Lord Jesus’s on words, he is the way the truth, and the life. Oh lord you are the door to being save. If we go in, we shall find pasture. If we don’t know the way to turn, we pray for help, and you will show us the way. When we need you, you don’t leave our side. Oh, you shine you light upon us, oh, you shine your light. As a shepherd you lead and guide us. Oh, my Lord you leadth us in the path of righteousness.

When things look bad just praise him and he will show you the path which to take. When things look scary sing praises unto him and he will comfort thee. Oh God, you show us the way, when things look bad and when thing look scary you show us the way at any time or at any place.

So, I thank you lord for leading me and guiding me, at mad and scary times.

Morning Grass Diamonds

Morning Grass Diamonds

God made All kinds of Diamonds, but there is a kind of Diamonds, not the rock kind. Oh no, not the rock kind. Oh, although they are beautiful, there is still another kind. Oh, it is not the star kind either. Oh, it is the Morning Grass Diamonds. They shine so very bright, so much like the northern lights.

Some call them the Morning Diamonds, but they belong to the grass. So, they should be called the Morning Grass Diamonds. The Morning grass Diamonds are there through the day and the night, but you can only see them in the first morning light. They shimmer like gold in the first morning light. They are so very pretty in the first morning light. They never go away, but when it snows, they are all covered up. Oh, morning Grass Diamonds you are so very beautiful in the first morning light.

A Song of Thanksgiving & Praise

O Give Thanks unto the Lord for he good for his mercy is forever. Let us praise him with a thankful heart, for he is good. Let us give thanks and give praise to the Lord of Lords.

I will Praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee; with a thankful heart. O Give Thanks unto thee for he is good for his mercy is forever. Thank him for all living things, animals, plants, and people too.

He doesn’t forget us so don’t forget him. So, give thanks unto the Lord for he is good. Praise him in the morning, praise him in the evening, with a thankful heart.

O my God you know all, and you see all. Even when we are at our lowest you raise us up so we can praise you, O my God and thank you for all of your wonders of the world. If we don’t praise you the rocks and trees will sing a loud to thee. O Lord, so we sing songs of thanksgiving and praise to thee.

Two Surprises at the Mountain Home

It all started when school was out for the year. My sister (Elizabeth), and I (Peter) both realize it was different this time. Our Mom said we were to go on to Grandma & Grandpa’s house, but usually we all go together. That’s how me and my brother realize it was different. We pack our bags, me and my sister pack three bags each. Because in summer vacation we kind of live with our Grandparents. When we were all packed I and my brother put our bags in our two red folds up wagon and walked to the bus stop. Simon, our friend, was there. He said that we could have only one bag on the bus, but the other two would have to go at the back of the bus in the baggage storage area. Se we each picked a bag to keep near us on the ride. We gave Simon the others. Mom made sure that our phone was working.

Now we were on our way. Mom had said that if we wanted to see outside to sit in the back where there was more windows. So, my sister and I sat in the back. It felt like four hours, but it was only 1 1/2 hours. When we were almost there, we got a call from our grandparents. Near the end of the call, they said something about having a surprise for us. My sister and I wanted to know what it was, but we did not have any ideas.

When we got to the bus stop in the mountains, we got out of the wagon and our bags together. We then got off the bus with Simon. Simon made sure that our grandparents were there, and they were, so he went back to work. Simon had been good to our family for a long time and to my sister and me. After we got to our Grandparents’ home, we unpacked and then we relaxed. “Children,” Grandma said, “want to make some cookies?” “Yes,” we cried. So, we made 5 dozen cookies with Grandma’s help.

“Peter, Elizabeth, Grandpa, Dinner is ready. So, let us eat dinner. So, we ate dinner. After dinner we called mom and said good night. Then we went to bed.

After Breakfast bright and early the next morning, we went to the park. There we saw our friends, Joy, Eric, Timmy, and Maggie. So, we talked and played. Then when it was time to go, Grandma called and asked us to run to the store and get some things. So, we did. When we got home, there was a note. Peter read it. It said, “To Peter and Elizabeth: Thanks for running to the store. Please put the things up and then go out the back door to the barn.” When we went to the barn, there was another note. This time Elizabeth read it. It said, “Your surprise is in the barn. Love, Mom, Grandma, and Grandpa”

“Peter, Is mom here?” asked Elizabeth. Peter answered, “I don’t know Beth. Let’s go and find out what the surprise is. Let’s go on three. 1,2,3. Oh my ponies! “Surprise!” yelled mom. “What are you doing here!?” Peter and Elizabeth asked. “Well, I wanted to surprise you guys,” said mom. “Well, you did”, we answered.

They are so cute. What are their names? Starlight and Sunny are their names. That’s not all. look over there. Puppies? Yes, they could run beside you when you ride. Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, “How could it get better?” “Should I tell them?” asked mom. Tell us what MoM. Well Beth, Peter you Know my job is in the city, but now I have a new job that better fits me, an animal rescuer. Oh, mom does that mean we get to live with Grandma & Grandpa? Mom? Yes, Peter and Beth it does. Children it does. After that Simon helped us move all our things to our Grandparents home. After we had moved all of our things, we asked our friends Joy, Eric, Timmy and Maggie to come over and celebrate.

Mom, how did you get two puppies and two ponies? Well, I had the new job for about a week. A week! Yes, and that’s how. How what? How I got them. The ponies were going to be put down, and the puppies were all by their shelves. No way. Mom, how could anyone be so mean? Elizabeth, some people are just mean. “Mrs. Good Heart”? Yes, Simon. Everything is ready for the party. Thank you, Simon, for being so good to us. Oh, it’s nothing, Mrs. Good Heart. Children it’s time for you guys to go open the gate in front. Our two new puppies ran beside us. We named our new puppies Honey and Bingo. After Joy, Eric, Timmy and Maggie and their family came, we had fun playing games and taking turns riding ponies and of course playing with our puppies, Honey and Bingo. And with that the Story ends.

The Beautiful Roses

Oh, the pretty roses, they are so very red and beautiful like the cherry blossoms in spring. The roses are also like pretty little baby birds a little shy at first peeping out of their eggshells. When the beautiful roses are just blossoming, it is a little shy, but then they show their beautiful colors.

Oh, but it is not just like a cherry blossom or a baby bird, it is also like a beautiful princess. If you don’t see how, listen and you will. Princesses have beautiful dresses and roses have pretty petals. Oh, the petals are like a dress on a princess. Oh, the beautiful roses are so very pretty.
