Easy Cheese Dip Recipe with Custom Add-Ins
This is a basic cheese dip recipe. You can choose from the optional add ins to make it how you want it.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound melting cheese
- Add ins (your choice)
- 1 can (15 oz.) chili
- 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked; 1 can (10 oz.) Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
- 1 can (10 oz.) Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
- 1 cup each Classic Ranch Dressing and sour cream
Directions:
- Cut cheese into 1/2-inch cubes; place in medium microwaveable bowl.
- Stir in your favorite add-ins.
- Microwave on HIGH 5 to 8 min. or until VELVEETA is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 3 min.
- Serve with your choice of chips or cut-up vegetables. Makes 24 servings.
