Easy Chicken Enchiladas
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless chicken breasts cubed
- 8 oz. sour cream
- ½ pack taco seasoning
- 2½ cups cheddar cheese
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 pack small tortillas
Directions:
- Sauté chicken in taco seasoning.
- In a large bowl, combine sour cream, tomatoes, 1 ½ cups cheese.
- Spoon chicken and mixture onto tortillas
- Roll up and place in baking dish.
- Pour remainder of soup mixture over enchiladas.
- Top with remaining cheese
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
