Cheesy Beef ‘n Noodles

INGREDIENTS:
- 8 ounces extra wide egg noodles
- 1-pound lean ground beet
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 (24 ounce) jar traditional pasta sauce
- 3/4 pound of Melting Cheese Cheese Product, cubed
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions:
- Prepare noodles according to package directions, and then drain
- Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble beef and onions until no longer pink and drain off the grease.
- Add noodles, pasta sauce, cheese and sour cream to beef transfer to a greased 13×9-inch baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
