Strawberry Sauce

Sweet, simple, and bursting with flavor — this Strawberry Sauce turns everyday desserts into something special. Fresh berries meet a touch of powdered sugar and lemon juice for a sauce that’s smooth, glossy, and perfectly balanced between tart and sweet. Spoon it generously over a soft slice of angel food cake, swirl it into whipped cream, or drizzle it across pancakes for a taste of summer in every bite. Whether you blend it silky-smooth or leave a few juicy strawberry pieces for texture, this recipe is pure joy — easy enough for a weekday treat, elegant enough for a celebration.
