What You Need

  • Cherry juice — frozen into ice cubes
  • Ginger ale — frozen into ice cubes
  • Frozen cherries
  • Half‑and‑half — 1/4 cup
  • Whipped cream
  • Fun straws or spoons for stirring

What To Do

  1. Freeze the liquids in separate trays — cherry juice in one, ginger ale in another.
  2. Fill a clear cup halfway with the frozen cherry cubes and ginger ale cubes.
  3. Add a few frozen cherries for color and crunch.
  4. Pour half‑and‑half slowly over the cubes — watch the creamy swirl appear!
  5. Top with a fluffy cloud of whipped cream.
  6. Add a fun straw and enjoy the fizz as it melts into a cool, creamy slush.

Why Kids Love It

  • It’s cold and fizzy but not too sweet.
  • The melting cubes make colorful swirls.
  • It’s easy to make together — no blender needed!
