These savory stuffed tomatoes bring together simple ingredients in a way that feels both comforting and elegant. Each tomato becomes a little edible bowl filled with tender sausage, aromatic onions and garlic, and soft, consommé‑kissed breadcrumbs that soak up every bit of flavor.
