What you need:
- 1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni or small shell pasta
- 1 large ovenproof mug or jar
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon flour 1/2 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon salt
Topping:
- 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
What to do:
- Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
- Place the macaroni in the mug.
- Add the cheese, flour, milk, and salt.
- Stir lightly with a spoon.
- Mix together the melted butter and breadcrumbs in a
small dish. - Place the mug on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until mixture is bubbling on top.
- Remove the mug and top with the bread-crumb mixture.
- Bake for another 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
