Creamy Baked Ziti Recipe for a Crowd

Serves: 4-6 Prep time:15 minutes Cooking time: 45 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 16 oz.  Ziti, cooked al dente
  • 8 oz. Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 8 oz.  mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. Provolone Cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz.  Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 35 oz. Pasta Sauce
  • 14 oz. Crushed Tomatoes

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients but reserve 4 ounces of the shredded mozzarella cheese to the side.
  3. Place the pasta and ingredients into a cooking dish and cover with foil.
  4. Cook for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove lid and place reserved  4 ounces of cheese on top.
  6. Place ziti back into oven and broil on low heat for 4 minutes.

Cheesy Beef ‘n Noodles


Active Time: 20 minutes Total Time: 50 minutes Amount: 6 servings
INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 ounces extra wide egg noodles
  • 1-pound lean ground beet
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar traditional pasta sauce
  • 3/4 pound of Melting Cheese Cheese Product, cubed
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Prepare noodles according to package directions, and then drain
  2. Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble beef and onions until no longer pink and drain off the grease.
  3. Add noodles, pasta sauce, cheese and sour cream to beef transfer to a greased 13×9-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Easy Spicy Chicken Egg Rolls with Avocado

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-1/2 cups cooked chicken, coarsely shredded
  • 1 small avocado, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro, fresh chopped
  • 3/4 cup spicy salsa
  • 4 oz. cheddar jack cheese, shredded
  • 1-1/2 tsp lime juice, fresh
  • 16 Egg Roll Wrappers

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Mix chicken, cilantro, salsa, cheese, and lime juice, Chill.
  3. Place the egg roll wrapper on a clean, dry surface with one corner pointing towards you.
  4. Moisten all four edges with water and place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken filling just below the center of the wrapper with an avocado slice on top.
  5. Fold bottom corner over the filling, fold left and right corners in and roll up tightly.
  6. Fry egg rolls at 350°F for 2 minutes.
  7. Then, transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 3 to 5 minutes until crispy.
