EASY CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
Ingredients:
- 1-8 oz package cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 4 cups Powdered Sugar (confectioners’ sugar)
Directions:
- Beat the cream cheese and butter at medium speed until soft and creamy.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until smooth.
- Add vanilla and mix well
- Frost cooled cake or cupcakes and enjoy
