EASY CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Ingredients:

  • 1-8 oz package cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 cups Powdered Sugar (confectioners’ sugar)

Directions:

  1. Beat the cream cheese and butter at medium speed until soft and creamy.
  2. Gradually add sugar, beating until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla and mix well
  4. Frost cooled cake or cupcakes and enjoy
